With 9 years experience as a massage therapist and 15+ years as a yoga practitioner and teacher, I help clients achieve pain relief and restore mind+body balance.
I love sharing my knowledge of the body and it’s common pain patterns, with the intention of correcting postural imbalance, increasing range of motion and flexibility. I take a holistic approach in helping my clients rediscover that it IS possible for them to feel their very best again!

Therapeutic Massage
Each session is a personalized & restorative deep tissue treatment that releases and unlocks accumulated tension throughout the physical body. Pain relief, stress reduction, improved range of motion, circulation and performance are some of the many benefits of this work. My style is both highly effective and relaxing as I deeply “listen” into your body and how it responds to treatment. Sessions can included myofascial release, cupping, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, static and active stretching and more.

Reiki Fusion
MASSAGE + ENERGY WORK
You’re multifaceted, much more than just flesh and bones. This session brings all parts of you into alignment: body + mind + spirit. The guidance I receive intuitively becomes the road-map for each unique session. I read and help to balance your energetic field by calling on ancient and modern healing modalities including Reiki, massage, breathwork, sound healing, aromatherapy, my own form of intuitive energy work and more.
